Refund / Cancellation Policy:

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Full refund when appointment cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours notice. If appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or not attended, no refund will apply. ​

 

Insurance: 

Its Relational Therapy does not offer direct billing to insurance companies. Psychotherapy services in Ontario may be covered under extended health plans. If you need help navigating the eligibility process, please do not hesitate to reach out.
